The selection procedure is done in several stages. Each subsequent step is attained by successfully clearing each preceding stage.

  1. Resume competition
  2. Interview by staff member of the HR Department
  3. Testing
  4. Interview by the direct supervisor
  5. Submission of recommendations
  6. Final decision on the candidate

1. Resume competition

The resume you have submitted is considered and analyzed by staff members of the HR Department.

In the event of an appropriate vacancy you will be contacted and invited to a meeting.

In case of no appropriate vacancy corresponding with your profile, your resume will be kept in a database which will be regularly checked in case of new vacancies.

2. Interview by staff member of the HR Department

During the course of your interview, you will be provided with detailed information on your potential position and your questions will be answered. In such manner both parties will have an opportunity to gauge the prospects for mutual cooperation. You will be able to understand whether Basic Element is a company in which you would like to work and to develop professionally; while we, in turn, can determine useful your professional knowledge, skills and personal qualities will be to the Company.

3. Testing

We use modern methods and technologies adapted for our company in the evaluation of personnel. Background data and statistical methods allow for objective evaluation of the professional qualities of the candidates. You may be requested to submit tests of abilities, professional and personal questionnaires, and case-studies, developed by such known international companies as SHL, DeTech and others.

4. Interview by the direct supervisor

During the course of the interview you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the direct supervisor, and to learn detailed information on special natures and working conditions for the potential position.

In some cases you may be provided with additional interviews with a higher manager, and also the chance to make the acquaintance of the future colleagues.

5. Submission of recommendations

Submitting recommendations from previous places of employment will be of additional benefit in the consideration of your candidacy.

6. Final decision on the candidate

In case of a positive decision on your candidacy, an official Job will be sent to you specifying terms and conditions of work in the company.
