OJSC Kuban Airlines is one of the largest aviation companies in the south of Russia. History of this Krasnodar company goes back to 1932.  Kuban Airlines is based at Krasnodar International Airport and operates scheduled and charter flights to cities in Russia, the CIS, Europe and the Middle East.

The development strategy of Kuban Airlines includes growth of its flight route network from airports in Krasnodar Krai. Another building block of this strategy is the fleet renewal program, the first phase of which consists of the gradual replacement of Yak-42 on the current flight network - and the development of new markets through an increase in operational efficiency  and aircraft performance through the introduction of new, modern aircraft. The program will see the renewal of the company's fleet complete by 2016.

The airline's own fleet includes 12 Yak-42 aircraft. In May 2010 the company also received 3 Boeing 737-300 aircraft. In 2011 the company will introduce Boeing 737-700 into its fleet, and 2012-2013 will also see the introduction of new domestically produced aircrafts.

Kuban Airlines conducts flights from Krasnodar, Sochi and Anapa to Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, cities in Ural and Siberia (Barnaul, Yekaterinburg, Nizhnevartovsk, Omsk, Surgut, etc.), as well as to Germany (Hanover, Cologne, Munich), Kazakhstan (Karaganda, Pavlodar) and many other destinations.
